VOICE YOUR SUPPORT FOR COMMUNITY MEDIATION

Letters of support help us to show the benefits of mediation as a free service in the community. We want to spread the word about the work we're doing while also respecting your privacy. We will not include your name in any public use of letters of support. For grant applications, you can decide if you'd like to be completely anonymous or use first name only.
Tell us about your mediation experience!
Please use the name you'd like to go by if this letter is shared with grantors, donors, mediators, potential participants, etc. It's up to you. ("Anonymous Mediation Participant", "John", "John D.", "John Doe")
We use letters of support for grants from: Mediation and Conflict Resolution Office (MACRO), Department of Juvenile and Family Services (DJFS), United Way, and more.
    Max file size: 20MB
You have the option to include a formal letter of support by attaching a document here! We appreciate letters that are dated and signed.
In case we have questions on how to protect your privacy.
