Our administrative office is open Monday - Thursday. Phone calls and mediation sessions can be arranged outside of office hours. 
We are unable to answer phones while mediating. Leave a message, send a text, or submit this form at any time and we will call you back as soon as possible. 
    All mediation communications shall adhere to Maryland Standards of Conduct for Mediators. Mediation confidentiality is governed by Maryland Rules of Procedure Title 17 (with the exception of suspected child abuse, elder abuse or neglect, or threats to do bodily harm to one’s self or another person).
    All mediation requests involve a one-on-one conversation with CMUS staff before mediation can be scheduled. It's your chance to vent and helps us have the info we need to schedule mediators for your session. Each mediation participant will be contacted before scheduling.
