Education 
IEP facilitation - trained facilitators help eliminate power imbalances and confrontational environments during IEP conferences by assuring each participant is heard and understood.


School attendance 
Improve attendance and academic performance mediate between parents, students and the school system to ensure all participants are heard and a mutually acceptable plan is created to  where needed.

District Court Referrals
Mediators provide an alternative dispute resolution service to individuals participating in District Court cases. They assist in diverse legal actions for people with relationships such as neighbors, family, friends, or business including unsatisfactory services, unpaid accounts, return of deposits and claims for damages. There in no charge for these mediations.  Read more on the States Attorney’s Office website.

Day of Court 
Participants choose to try and resolve their dispute through mediation rather than having the Court determine the outcome

Business
Self-referred: employer, employee, EEOC, consumer, and businesses bring their workplace, customer service and supplier conflicts to mediation.

Facilitation/Organizational Development

In addition to offering free mediation services, we also offer facilitation services to businesses, organizations and agencies to help them build stonger teams and work together more effectively. 

Neighbor/neighbor or neighborhood at large 
Help build a sense of community by using mediation or restorative justice best practices to resolve disputes.

Court-ordered or self-referred co-parents or responsible persons creating child centered plans.

Parenting Plans/Child Access (Custody/Visitation)

Mediators assist co-parents with putting together a plan that describes how responsibilities for the child/children will be divided. The plan may include a specific schedule of days, times, holidays, vacations, transportation, pick-up, drop-off, limits on travel, counseling services and other details. We welcome donations for these mediation's since they require additional training and commitment is required of our mediators

Separation and Divorce Mediations

Mediators help parents develop plans for caring for their children when those parents are no longer living together, assisting divorcing couples in working through issues related to property and support.  Donations are always welcome and are encouraged in domestic cases that involve parenting plans and property issues. The suggested donation is a nominal  fee of up to $60.00 per session hour or as the couple feel they can afford.

Sheriff's Department Citizen-Deputy Mediations (Operation True Perspectives)
These mediations are between citizens and police. When a citizen files a Public Service Report at the Sheriff's Departme
​nt, the Office of Professional Standards evaluates the case and refers cases that are appropriate for mediation. The citizen and the deputy are given the opportunity to have face to face dialogue and voice their different perspectives on the police/citizen interaction that led to a concern or frustration. The goal is to improve relationships between community members and police .There is no charge for these mediations.
Family Reunification - Make plans with loved ones who have been away due to recovery, military service, homelessness, estrangement, or incarceration, for example.
Conflict Resolution - Learn how to resolve conflicts in a non-adversarial way through education services for students, community members and organizations. Provide mediation services to resolve current conflicts.

Restorative Justice - train students and local community members in the practice of using restorative justice techniques to resolve their conflicts in a way that is beneficial to both parties. ​
