Different approaches to mediation and different types of conflict

3/28/2018

Check out this great article co-authored by our own Executive Director, Penni Walker-Doyle!

(Trueman, J. &Walker-Doyle, P., 2018, March 26) on the International Academy of Mediators blog entitled "The Suffocating Air of Superiority:  Why Mediators Across the Practice Spectrum Should Practice What They Preach – Listen More and Judge Less"

It not only addresses the different approaches of attorney-mediators and non-attorney mediators, but also addresses how different types of mediation work differently with different types of conflict such as relationship-centered conflict and money-centered conflict.
